Regina's active? OMG! *world explodes*

Well yeeeaaah. I've been around. It's pretty much sheer laziness that's kept me away, because I've been stuck at home since I graduated since I don't have a car and my parents work.... Oh well. ^^"

So.. let's see, what to say... well, as I mentioned, I graduated from high school. WOOT. Will be going to college in the fall, getting my gen eds done at the tech, before moving on to a fine arts school. Until then I'm taking driver's ed, which I hope to pass. When I do, I will be getting my driver's liscence (I finish driver's ed on the 29th of this month, so wish me luck!).

To make graduation even more awesome, I got a new Toshiba laptop (wifi ftw!!) and a ton of money, with which I bought a lot of stuff I probably didn't need, but oh well... XD Such as my tablet (which was a good investment really, since I'm going to an art school eventually), Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy (BEST game), Fallout 3 (Only shooter game you'll ever catch me with), a bunch of stuff at PortCon (Demyx plushie to go with my Axel and Roxas ones, Dusk plushie, Card Captors poster, Halloween One Piece poster, LOTS of stickers and pocky XD, a Shaman King dvd, a KH shirt of Mickey wearing the Organization coat, and a KH manga. XD) and where the rest went, I'm not really sure, cuz it's almost gone. O.o

Speaking of Portcon, what an awesome week! I actually got to wear my Tuxedo Mask costume for longer than a few hours, since it rained almost the entire time. Got to show off my home-made Millenium Ring as Bakura, and hang out with my alter ego (Limey Man! zomg! She was so fun! I'm stalking you, girl! Check her out! :kadajincarnate: I have a pic of her costume in my gallery). There were so many amazing costumes this year. While I'm not going to go through a whole review like last year (at least not right now), some of the most mentionable (and also the ones you'll see pics of in my gallery when I finish posting them) are the Happy Mask Salesman from Zelda (she had SO many masks, including some not even from Zelda. XD), Two-Face - AKA Harvey Dent (TWO HOURS of make-up on his face. It was nasty, and amazing XD When he went up for his walk-on a bunch of people in the audience shouted "I believe in Harvey Dent!" It was cool. XD), same Navi as last year (she actually ran up to a Link at one point and proceeded to unhelpfully inform him that "There's a cloud over Death Mountain!!"), Heartless Riku from KH, Joker (ORIGIONAL Joker from the old movie, he even had that pose down. XD), Dark Magician Girl from Yugioh (SO cool, but I couldn't find her after the walk-ons to take a picture ), Axel from KH WITH the chakrams (SO cool!), Saix from KH with a claymore, Christmas Sora (whose picture I didn't get...) Jack Spicer from Xiaolin Showdown, Seto Kaiba from Yugioh (Battle City outfit), Ness from Super Smash (can't remember his real game's name. O.o), Gold Roger from One Piece (I WANT his COAT! Lol), and the Straw Hat crew from One Piece (Zolo, Luffy and Sanji. Sanji of whom was carrying around a fake cigarette all day. XD At least I think it was fake, because he had it in the hotel, so. O.o).
Apart from costumes, the rave was AMAZING. It was nice because it was outside in a tent, so when you started to die from the heat, you could go outside for a few minutes and cool off. Also, the vendors were amazing this year. THEY HAD DUSK AND HEARTLESS PLUSHIES! *squee!!* I walked into the room, spotted the Dusk from across the room and ran over as fast as I could. XD He now never leaves my side. He has been traveling around with me almost everywhere I go since I bought him. lol I saw someone a few days later with a Heartless, but unfortunately there were none left when I got there. *shrug* I'm happy with meh Dusk. *hugs him* ^^ They also had a Haku mask from Naruto in there, which I was seriously tempted to get.

So I think I need a new costume for next year. I'd love to do Pegasus from Yugioh, but I can't find that purple-red suit he wears in the Duelist Kingdom series, which was my fave of his outfits. So until I do, that's on hold. I did recently find a pattern for a jester costume at a yard sale, so I'm seriously considering doing Clopin from Hunchback of Notre Dame. I'd also like to do Demyx, but the odds of me getting an Organization Coat and sitar in time are slim. Although I might just need the sitar, because I may be able to borrow a friend's orgy coat while she plays Roxas. Shanks from One Piece is also on my list. And he really wouldn't be that hard to do, so you might see me as him next year.

What else, what else.... Probably about it. Which is good because this is a LONG journal entry. lol Yah. I'm done. I'll update stuff eventually. You all know I'm bad at that. lol
